Gpac is partnering with a well-established, highly respected company in the region that is urgently seeking a Service Manager to lead a skilled team of technicians during one of the busiest and most critical times of the year — Harvest season. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of 4 field service technicians

  • Coordinate daily work schedules, service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer needs

  • Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism across the team

  • Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and the corporate team

  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and quality control

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing or leading a service team

  • Background in agriculture, mechanical service, or equipment repair is preferred

  • Strong organizational skills, especially during high-volume seasons

  • Ability to lead from the front and build rapport with technicians and customers alike

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a team-first attitude
