We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Concrete Pump Operator to operate concrete pumping machinery to transfer concrete to construction job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete pumps (boom or line) and a strong commitment to job site safety, equipment maintenance, and teamwork.
Operate boom or line pumps to deliver concrete to designated locations on construction sites.
Drive the concrete pump truck to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.
Set up the pump, hoses, and pipes at the job site according to the project specifications.
Monitor pump operation and flow of concrete to ensure proper distribution and consistency.
Clean and maintain equipment after each job to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Communicate effectively with the job site team, including contractors, laborers, and site supervisors.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the pump truck, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations on site.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pump operation and delivery.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record preferred.
Proven experience operating concrete pumps (boom and/or line).
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of pump equipment.
Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
Physical ability to lift heavy hoses, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
Knowledge of concrete mixtures and placement techniques.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work is primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to dust, noise, heavy machinery, and varying weather conditions.
Schedule may include early mornings, overtime, weekends, and occasional travel to remote job sites.
