We are currently partnered with a respected law firm in Seattle, Washington that is seeking an Attorney with experience in Family Law to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are looking to handle cases from start to finish in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of family law matters from start to finish, including courtroom litigation.
Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters.
Meet billable hour expectations (1,300–1,600 hours annually).
Travel to King and Snohomish counties as required.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law with a strong work history.
Proven ability to independently manage cases from inception to resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel within assigned counties.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary: $110,000 – $160,000+ (higher for highly experienced candidates).
Full benefits package including 401(k), health benefits, and PTO.
Annual bonuses based on performance.
Additional compensation for exceeding billable hour targets.
