What we need:
An Associate licensed dentist who:
- Holds a DDS or DMD degree and is licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ohio
- Has clinical experience in general dentistry, including restorative procedures, implants, endodontics, and cosmetic treatments
- Values ethical treatment planning and clear, compassionate communication with patients
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to a supportive practice culture
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental services: exams, diagnostics, restorations, crowns/bridges, implants, veneers, endodontics, extractions, and cosmetic procedures
- Utilize advanced technology, including 3D imaging, to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain high standards of infection control, documentation, and patient scheduling
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation with a daily guarantee for the initial period or percentage of collections (whichever is higher), with all of our Associates making well into six-figures.
