As a Controls Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing equipment issues, reading electrical diagrams, and maintaining HVAC/R and associated electrical systems.

Essential Job Functions:
- Plan, select, test, install, and maintain equipment
- Convey technical information effectively
- Find creative solutions to complex problems
- Work with little to no supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Skills:
- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems, specifically, Niagara and Altron
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or CAD software preferred
- Mechanical proficiency with hand tools
