WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Prospect & Secure Sales Opportunities – Sell new equipment, service, and parts
• Develop & Nurture Relationships – Build trust with key decision-makers
• Influence & Educate – Assist in preparing technical specs, conduct training, and hold product lunch-and-learns
• Close Deals – Follow up on quotes and drive revenue growth
• Stay Ahead of the Industry – Provide market intelligence and ensure customer satisfaction

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience in pumps, motors, rotating equipment, or related industries
• Technical knowledge in municipal markets, VFDs, control panels, oil & chemical terminals, or gas plant operations
• Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to influence buying decisions
• Excellent organizational & analytical skills – Ability to review and comment on technical documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
