A well-established and reputable Residential General Contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This is a long-term career opportunity (not a contract role) with a company offering a strong project pipeline and an extensive backlog of upcoming work.
Specializing in ground-up residential construction and renovations, project values typically range from $5 million to $50 million.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
Lead bid day preparation
Manage preconstruction communication and coordination
Review and interpret bid documents, including plans and specifications
Maintain organized job folders for active and upcoming projects
Develop conceptual budgets and support cost estimating alongside senior staff
✅ Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a licensed Residential General Contractor
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management is preferred
Relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
