Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Support continuous production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures
Maintain compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and food safety regulations
Document maintenance activities accurately using CMMS or maintenance logs
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and line changeovers
Collaborate with operations, quality, and sanitation teams
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Conveyors, fillers, cappers, labelers, mixers, ovens, and packaging lines
PLCs, VFDs, motors, and sensors
Pneumatics and hydraulics
Refrigeration or thermal processing equipment (preferred, not required)
2+ years of maintenance experience in food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Experience working in GMP-regulated environments
Basic PLC troubleshooting preferred
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends if needed
