Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish
✔ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
✔ Manage safety, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination
✔ Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams
Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience working with a Commercial/Industrial General Contractor
✔ Hands-on field experience and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to travel as needed (but not a road warrior role)
