Location: Indiana

Salary: Base $175k + benefits

Overview: A highly collaborative, growth-minded firm that offers a hybrid work environment is hiring a Senior Tax Manager/Director to their team. This individual will lead and oversee the tax department and play a pivotal role in driving the department’s growth and efficiency, will manage a team of professionals and maintain strong client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • An ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and remain calm under pressure without sacrificing speed or accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
  • High comfort level working in a technology-forward environment and high adaptability to learning new technology/software/accounting systems
  • Proficiency in Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS, SurePrep, QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration a plus
  • 8-10 Years of relevant experience in tax preparation, compliance, accounting, or advisory services
  • Minimum 3-5 Years in a supervisory or management role
  • CPA Certificate and license
  • Proficiency in Thomson Reuters UltraTax CS, SurePrep, QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary that begins at $175,000
