Position Overview
The Director of Field Operations will lead operations across multiple job sites, manage superintendent teams, implement field best-practices, and drive measurable KPIs for safety, schedule and budget performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all field operations, including 5+ active sites across the region
Develop and monitor safety, quality and productivity KPIs
Mentor and develop superintendent staff
Work with executive team on resource planning, best-practice implementation and operational improvements
Ensure continuous improvement of field processes and alignment with company strategic goals
Qualifications
12+ years of construction field leadership experience with commercial projects
Proven experience managing multiple large sites concurrently
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to travel to sites throughout the region
