Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial litigation matters, with some background or exposure to insurance defense a plus. You will work closely with a team of highly respected attorneys in a collaborative, supportive environment where your skills will be recognized and cultivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial litigation disputes in both state and federal courts.
Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial.
Handle depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Advise business clients on potential litigation risks and pre-litigation strategy.
Support insurance defense matters when necessary.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (both preferred but not required).
3–7 years of commercial litigation experience.
Insurance defense experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
