Litigation Paralegal – Defense Litigation

Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 7 years of defense litigation experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, paperless environment and is comfortable supporting multiple complex cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive litigation support from case inception through trial
  • Prepare and manage written discovery, including e-Discovery, records requests, document review, and redactions
  • Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, including trial presentation support
  • Support attorneys with case management, expert vetting, background investigations, and legal research
  • Handle billing and time entry in accordance with firm and client guidelines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all client and court interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of defense litigation experience (required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and trial presentation software such as Trial Director
  • Familiarity with CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, and LexisNexis strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and support multiple cases concurrently
  • Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
