A well-established agribusiness is seeking an Agronomy Sales Representative to manage and grow a local customer base. This role combines relationship-driven sales with agronomic consulting and field support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with growers and ag customers

  • Provide crop input recommendations and agronomic guidance

  • Manage territory sales goals and customer accounts

  • Support seasonal planning, product programs, and field activities

Qualifications

  • Background in agronomy, crop production, or ag sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to travel locally within the territory

  • Self-motivated and customer-focused
