Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of civil law areas. You will handle all phases of litigation, from initial investigation and pleadings through discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial. 
 
 Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Lead civil cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Advocacy: Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Legal Strategy: Conduct thorough research to develop innovative litigation strategies and mitigate legal risks.
  • Client Relations: Advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and potential case outcomes to ensure informed decision-making. 
 
 Qualifications
  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensing: Active Bar membership in Indiana and in good standing.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in business/civil litigation and/or high net worth estate planning
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw/LexisNexis) and case management software.
