Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Residential Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of construction protocols. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the job site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in residential construction management, with a proven track record as a Superintendent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices. Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
  • OSHA certification or similar safety credentials preferred.
