We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead the design of structural systems, manage client relationships, and contribute to project delivery. Responsibilities:
Lead design and analysis of structural systems (steel, concrete, wood, masonry)
Manage client communications and ensure project success
Oversee project coordination and quality control
Mentor and support junior engineers
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on project execution
Travel up to 20% for site visits and project coordination
Requirements:
PE License required, SE preferred
7+ years of experience in structural engineering design
Proficiency in structural design software and tools
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior staff
Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
