Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting projects for a diverse client base, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and local tax matters.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic tax planning solutions.
Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
6+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.
CPA certification required.
Proven success in a tax leadership or supervisory role.
Strong communication, multitasking, and team-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver in a timely manner.
