CPA Public Tax Partner: Friends… I’m on the hunt.

Who’s the best rising star Tax CPA you know?
I’m searching for someone ready to take the reins at an established, respected CPA firm in Eastern South Dakota (a desirable small city/large town setting).

This is a Managing Partner track opportunity—not just a “job.” The right person will:

  • Step into a leadership role with a well-oiled small team of loyal staff (“worker bees” already in place).
  • Take over an established, stable book of business.
  • Help ownership strategize growth and acquisitions as other CPAs in the region retire.
  • Be supported by leadership with an excellent reputation (real humans—not churn-and-burn developers).

Highlights

  • CPA license + strong tax expertise across corporate, individual, trust/estate, and nonprofit. Minimum, 5 seasons as CPA. 
  • Hands-on leadership and mentoring role.
  • Competitive compensation with equity/shares.
  • Relocation considered.
  • Clear path to Managing Partner within 12–24 months.
