Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Steel/Metal Construction)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our project management team in the delivery of steel and metal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong interest in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, fabrication, or related trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
Track project progress, budgets, material orders, and change orders.
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Review drawings, submittals, and specifications to support accurate execution.
Conduct site visits and assist with quality control, safety, and project documentation.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read construction drawings and documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Background in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, metal fabrication, or related trades.
Understanding of fabrication and erection processes is a strong plus.
