Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
5-10 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
Architectural license required
Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD is a plus)
Strong technical, code, and detailing skills
Enthusiasm for a multidisciplinary design process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from start to finish, including design, documentation, and client interaction
Collaborate with clients to define project scope and design criteria
Create and present interior design concepts
Oversee scheduling, budgets, and deliverables (drawings, models, materials, etc.)
Utilize design software for sketches, drawings, and project planning
Build professional relationships with clients and project teams
Lead and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative work environment
