What You’ll Need:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
5-10 years of experience across all phases of architectural projects
An active Architectural license
Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD is a plus)
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of codes, details, and documentation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
What You’ll Do:
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
Work closely with clients to develop design concepts and refine requirements
Handle project scheduling, budgets, and deliverables
Lead and mentor project teams, helping to guide their professional development
Build and maintain client relationships
