Experience: At least 2 years of construction litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and dispute resolution
Skillset: Knowledge of construction defect claims, contract litigation, and related commercial disputes
Licensed: Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing
Mindset: Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage cases with autonomy and sound judgment
