Corporate Associate - M&A, Transactional
An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a ~5-8-Year Transactional M&A Associate Attorney to join their team full-time and eventually transition into a Partner role.
The salary for this position will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience.
Lots of corporate M&A, healthcare and commercial real estate work at the firm, with a great group of associate transactional lawyers collaborating on work for sophisticated clients, punching above their weight class in the transactional space.
