Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Associate degree is a plus
  • A driven self-starter and team player with a focus on serving and helping others
  • Proven ability to communicate, motivate others for information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees in a professional manner
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make sound business decisions with and without management approval
  • Detail oriented, organized, and possess ability to multi-task
  • Strong CRM and Microsoft Office Skills (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
