We are seeking a driven and client-focused Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet the needs of commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewals.
Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to deliver excellent service.
Maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in insurance sales or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Property & Casualty insurance license required (or ability to obtain).
