What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead design and analysis of bridge structures for transportation projects, focusing on highways and TxDOT projects.
Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents for bridge projects.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success, from concept through design and construction.
Perform structural analysis, load ratings, and design of bridge components (superstructure, substructure, foundations).
Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
Contribute to TxDOT projects and other high-profile transportation infrastructure projects across Texas.
What You Bring:
3+ years of professional experience in bridge design or structural engineering.
EIT or PE in Texas with a strong knowledge of TxDOT standards and highway design.
Experience with structural analysis and design software (such as SAP2000, STAAD, AutoCAD, or Revit).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with clients and project teams effectively.
