Concrete Superintendent

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Strong knowledge of all phases of concrete work — including layout, forming, rebar installation, placement, finishing, and curing
Proven ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractors on-site
Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance, with a strong track record of enforcing them
Ability to manage schedules, manpower, and materials to complete projects on time and within budget
