With a strong backlog of local and regional projects, they need a Superintendent who can oversee concrete scopes from start to finish — ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every pour. They are looking for a Superintendent who is both client-facing and deeply knowledgeable in all phases of concrete construction — from site prep and formwork to finishing and curing. Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction

  • B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

  • Strong knowledge of all phases of concrete work — including layout, forming, rebar installation, placement, finishing, and curing

  • Proven ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractors on-site

  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance, with a strong track record of enforcing them

  • Ability to manage schedules, manpower, and materials to complete projects on time and within budget
