Funeral Director / Embalmer
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer to join our team in Pennsylvania. This role focuses primarily on coordinating and managing arrangements for the families we are honored to serve. Meet with families to compassionately arrange disposition and memorialization services
Present all appropriate service and merchandise options with sensitivity and care
Gather and complete all necessary documentation, including death certificates, permits, and obituaries
Use case management software to record vital information and process contracts
Plan, coordinate, and conduct visitations, services, and related logistics
Active PA Funeral Director license or ability to reciprocate
At least 2 years of experience making funeral arrangements
Proven commitment to exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organization
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Proficient with computer systems and funeral home software
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
