An AV Preeminent® rated and rapidly expanding civil trial firm is seeking a Property Damage Attorney to join its growing Palm Beach practice. What You’ll Do
- Manage property damage matters from intake through resolution, including settlement negotiations and trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation reports to support strategic, defense-focused outcomes.
- Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials as needed.
- Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while developing efficient, solutions-driven case strategies.
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing litigation team while maintaining individual ownership of cases.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience required, including jury trial exposure.
- Property damage practice experience strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment where efficiency drives success.
- Strong communication, legal research, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; Time Matters experience is a plus.
