Position Title: Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Overview
A Denver-based general contractor is seeking a full-time Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up and/or major renovation multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organization, and accountability to each phase of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily construction projects

Oversee project schedules, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and client communication

Lead internal project teams and maintain consistent workflow and project progress

Conduct site walks and ensure work is being performed per contract documents

Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly
-
Maintain accurate documentation, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards, permitting, and inspections
-
Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, and subcontractors
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in construction project management

Proven background managing ground-up or large-scale multifamily projects
-
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling

Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

OSHA 30 Certification preferred
