Position: Corporate Attorney – Partner-Level

A highly regarded Texas-based law firm is seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join its well-established corporate, business, and banking practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a partner-level attorney with a strong foundation in commercial law and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
The firm is looking for a Corporate Attorney who is comfortable advising clients on a broad range of transactional and governance matters. You’ll work closely with business clients on sophisticated legal issues involving corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
10+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate and transactional matters
Deep understanding of corporate and business law principles
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganizations, capital raises, and complex entity structures
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
A client-focused mindset and the ability to develop or maintain a book of business are a plus
