Job Title: Litigation Attorney – General Litigation
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: Starting at $190,000+, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Hybrid – In-office Tuesday through Thursday; remote Monday & Friday
About the Role:
This firm is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to join their General Litigation team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex legal matters in a collaborative environment, with a flexible hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a broad range of general litigation matters
Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and provide analysis
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
Requirements:
Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
Strong academic credentials
Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience or federal clerkship (strongly preferred)
Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
