Handle labor & employment litigation and administrative matters (EEOC, DOL, NLRB)
Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and deposition summaries
Advise clients on labor law compliance and risk mitigation
Attend hearings, client meetings, and internal firm initiatives
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state of Kentucky
2–3 years of experience in labor & employment law and civil litigation
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology tools
