Key Responsibilities:
Manage probate and estate litigation dockets from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions for contested matters
Prepare court filings, hearing exhibits, and trial binders
Assist with calendaring deadlines, coordinating hearings, and managing communication with courts and clients
Handle sensitive matters with discretion, empathy, and precision
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2+ years of experience as a probate paralegal with a litigation background
Strong knowledge of Tennessee probate procedures and estate litigation
Excellent written communication and drafting skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset
Highly organized, professional, and responsive under pressure
