🗽 What You’ll Do (And Lead with Honor):
Build and execute a winning strategy to grow revenue and drive results
Inspire, train, and lead canvassing and sales teams to dominate your territory
Oversee operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in every project
Guide recruiting, hiring, and training for sales and production staff
Enforce company standards, streamline systems, and maximize profitability
Evaluate and coach managers and teams to reach peak performance
Work hand-in-hand with ownership to align on company growth and vision
Negotiate contracts and drive business development with confidence
Promote a servant leadership culture where everyone thrives
🧨 You Bring the Spark:
10+ years of residential roofing + operations leadership
Passion for coaching canvassing teams to success
Strong negotiation, communication, and team-building skills
Experience presenting KPIs and driving performance metrics
Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs (roofing is a contact sport!)
Clean driving record and flexibility for travel as needed
