We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a passion for leadership, mentorship, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, PE certification, at least 7 years of professional experience, and significant expertise in designing buildings and working with steel & concrete. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Provide innovative and cost-effective design solutions for buildings with a focus on steel & concrete structures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering (required).
PE Certification (required).
7+ years of professional structural engineering experience.
Strong experience with buildings and steel & concrete design.
Proven experience in project management.
Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and training others.
