This position calls for a Senior Project Manager experienced in Job Order Contracting and K-12 school improvement projects to lead a range of modernization efforts across Mesa and the East Valley. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing complex school facility projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff.
Lead multiple concurrent K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
Supervise project managers, engineers, and field teams.
Ensure adherence to JOC processes and client specifications.
Coordinate with district administrators and architects on project scope, cost, and schedule.
Review contracts, task orders, and progress reports.
Ensure quality, safety, and financial performance goals are met.
7+ years of commercial construction management experience; K-12 JOC experience preferred.
Strong background in budget control and task order estimating.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering.
Strong client relationship management skills.
