Our client, a busy and fast-paced law firm in Pittsburgh, is seeking a sharp and motivated Legal Assistant to support a team of six attorneys across litigation and banking law matters. If you thrive in a fast-moving legal environment and are ready to contribute to high-level legal work—this is your opportunity.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support litigation attorneys with filings, case prep, and document management
• Prepare, format, and proofread pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and communications with courts and clients
• Handle e-filing in federal, state, and local courts
• Assist with trial prep including exhibits, binders, and logistics
• Provide administrative support across billing, expense tracking, and scheduling

🔹 Who You Are:

• 2–7 years of legal assistant or secretary experience (litigation required)
• Bonus points for banking law experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, with strong command of Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
