We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Trusts & Estate Planning Attorney to join our Huntington-based practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working closely with clients, values precision, and takes pride in crafting plans that protect families, assets, and legacies.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies
Advise clients on estate, gift, and tax planning strategies
Assist with trust administration and probate matters
Conduct client meetings and provide clear, practical guidance
Collaborate with colleagues on complex or high-net-worth planning matters
Stay current on relevant laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
JD from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the West Virginia Bar
2+ years of experience in trusts and estate planning
Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
