If you work with mid-large commercial insurance accounts and are looking to work out of a brokerage with the capabilities of supporting your clients, consider applying for this hybrid/remote Commercial Producer role.

  • Focus: Large 7–8 figure accounts in transportation, construction, and real estate  
  • Structure: Functional specialists & leadership roles

  • Compensation: Competitive base + commission

You will be supported be entire team that will take care of everything incluing quoting to free you up to excersise your knack for business development. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build & Grow Your Book of Business: Proactively prospect, connect, and build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Tailor Coverage: Assess clients' needs and recommend the perfect insurance solutions to match.
  • Consult & Advise: Provide expert advice on policies and coverage, ensuring clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Manage Renewals & Claims: Stay on top of policy renewals and assist clients with claims when needed.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Drive growth through hitting personal and team sales goals, earning top commissions along the way.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry updates to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Commercial Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success. 
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Sales Savvy: Experience in sales or a strong passion for selling and relationship-building. 
  • People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—connecting with clients is your superpower.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple clients, policies, and deadlines with precision.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a drive to succeed.
