Serve as the lead project manager on a wide variety of surveying assignments, from boundary and topographic surveys to route and pipeline surveys.
Oversee all aspects of project execution — from initial scope and planning to budgeting, scheduling, and client delivery.
Ensure that all work complies with state and local survey regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
Foster strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, serving as a trusted consultant and project leader.
Mentor and lead internal survey teams, supporting their professional growth while maintaining the highest level of performance and quality control.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, CAD technicians, field crews, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Leverage your technical knowledge to troubleshoot challenges, anticipate client needs, and provide strategic solutions.
Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas – REQUIRED.
12+ years of survey project management experience, ideally with exposure to civil engineering, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong command of Carlson, AutoCAD, and other survey software.
Extensive knowledge of Texas land survey regulations, pipeline survey methods, and right-of-way practices.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and engage clients.
Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
