Project Scheduler - Commercial Construction
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler with hands-on experience in Primavera P6 to support the planning and execution of commercial construction projects. This role is critical in developing and maintaining project schedules that drive timely delivery, mitigate risk, and support operational excellence.
Project Scheduler Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive schedules for commercial construction projects using Primavera P6
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather input and maintain accurate schedules
Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and analyze delays or variances
Identify critical path activities and provide schedule risk assessments
Generate regular reports, forecasts, and look-ahead schedules to support project decision-making
Assist in schedule recovery planning and mitigation strategies when needed
Ensure all scheduling work aligns with contract requirements and project goals
Project Scheduler Qualifications:
3+ years of scheduling experience in commercial construction
Proficient in Primavera P6 (required)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and project execution
Experience building and updating baseline and resource-loaded schedules
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
