Remote Sales Representative – Intermodal & Drayage Services

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with deep industry knowledge in Intermodal Rail Transportation and Asset Drayage. This individual will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and representing our best-in-class services to clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in intermodal and drayage segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with shippers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
  • Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for transportation solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence and competitive offers.
  • Track market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics sales, with a focus on intermodal rail and drayage.
  • Strong knowledge of both asset-based drayage operations and brokerage models.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard business software tools.
  • Strong industry connections/Existing Relationships in the logistics industry/Warm sales calls

  • SALARY FROM $75,000.00 - $190,000.00 the salary is negotiated based on the candidate's experience and skills
