What You’ll Do:
Lead a variety of civil engineering projects, from site development and land planning to infrastructure design and entitlement processes
Manage client relationships, ensuring project success, timelines, and budgets are met
Supervise and mentor a growing team of engineers, providing direction, leadership, and project oversight
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—architects, developers, contractors, and local municipalities
Oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional service to clients
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in civil engineering, including experience managing projects
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE preferred or in process)
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
