A respected and growing agribusiness in South Central PA is seeking a Precision Agronomist to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on using precision agriculture technology and agronomic expertise to help producers maximize yields and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with local growers while supporting and expanding the client base
Direct the precision ag department in developing services and solutions for growers
Provide expertise in products, services, and precision technologies
Collect and analyze field data to guide agronomic recommendations
Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow precision services
Qualifications:
Strong customer relations and clear communication skills
Experience with precision agriculture equipment and software
Ability to understand or learn carbon programs (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
