What You’ll Do:
Lead survey projects from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency
Oversee field crews and office staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Work directly with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to deliver top-tier results
Provide mentorship and leadership, with a clear pathway into a Department Manager position
What We’re Looking For:
Active PLS license in Georgia and South Carolina (required)
5+ years of professional surveying experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A passion for team growth and long-term department development
