About the Opportunity
Our client, a leader in the custom cabinetry and millwork industry, is seeking a skilled Cabinet Designer to join their growing team. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to design functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry
Use design software (such as AutoCAD, 2020, Microvellum or Cabinet Vision) to create detailed layouts and elevations
Translate client needs and project requirements into precise cabinet designs ready for production
Prepare quotes, proposals, and drawings for customer approval
Partner with production and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of design plans
Maintain knowledge of current cabinet design trends, materials, and hardware
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Cabinet Designer in residential or commercial projects
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 2020 Design, Microvellum or Cabinet Vision
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods, materials, and finishes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and collaboration
