Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to play an integral role in case development and trial preparation. This is not a typical support position—you’ll work as a true extension of the legal team, taking on substantive responsibilities that influence case strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury (catastrophic PI preferred).
Strong understanding of litigation from case intake through trial.
Ability to manage case deadlines and support trial teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Must be currently based in Dallas.
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 DOE, with competitive benefits and a collaborative, high-achieving workplace culture.
Associate / Partner

Qualifications:
J.D. from a top law school with strong academic credentials (Law Review or Honors preferred).
Federal or State Clerkship experience strongly valued.
3–7 years of litigation experience, with significant focus on catastrophic personal injury.
Must be currently based in Dallas.
Compensation: Generous, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
