Drywall Estmator Key Responsibilities:

• Manage drywall projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects goals are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety, regulations, and company standards.
• Mentor and support team members to promote a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications for Drywall Estimator:

• Drywall Estimator – Southeast, FL Coast

  • 10+ years of estimating experience

  • Proficient in OST, QuickBid, and PlanSwift

  • Successfully managed drywall projects up to $7M+

  • Skilled in metal framing, insulation, drywall, and interior finishes

  • Diverse project background: commercial, multifamily, residential, and industrial

   

  Chief Estimator – Southwest, FL (Open to Relocation)

  • 30+ years in drywall estimating

  • Proficient in the Edge, OST, QuickBid, and BuzzBid

  • Projects up to $60M - healthcare, condos, clean rooms, and hospitality

  • Currently serves as Chief Estimator, balancing a full workload and reviewing team output
